Kayitesi Norah is a purpose-driven administrative and coordination professional known for her reliability, emotional intelligence, and results-oriented approach. With a solid background in operations, education management, and stakeholder engagement, she brings both structure and warmth to the teams she supports.

Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Managing Center Director at Development Associates International (DAI) Rwanda, Kay plays a key role in strengthening organizational efficiency—overseeing calendars, project tracking, financial coordination, and communication between leaders, partners, and stakeholders. Her ability to anticipate needs and create order from complexity makes her a trusted partner in mission-driven work.

Previously, she led operations at La Saeta Daycare, where she revitalized systems, expanded enrollment, and rebuilt parent trust through consistent communication and improved service delivery. Her earlier experience spans education and talent development—including roles at Oaks International Academy, Lighthouse Christian Academy, BAG Innovation, and Kigali New Life Christian Academy—where she mentored youth, supported individualized learning, and coordinated academic and operational systems.

Kay’s career reflects her deep passion for youth empowerment, values-based leadership, and impact work across education and nonprofit sectors. She holds an Advanced Diploma from Ecole Biblique Emmaüs and is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Logistics at Mount Kenya University.

She also holds certifications in Executive Assistance, Virtual Administration, Early Childhood Development, and Leadership & Sustainability. Skilled in tools such as Asana, Trello, and Google Workspace, Kay combines adaptability with a steady commitment to excellence and service.
