We partner with local pastors and church leaders to provide:

Construction Support:
We help churches in rural and underserved communities secure land, develop building plans, and access funding and materials. Our model includes local labor to promote dignity, ownership, and sustainability.
Leadership Training & Discipleship:
We offer theological resources, mentoring, and leadership development to strengthen pastors and equip emerging leaders for effective ministry in their context.
Community Integration:
We encourage churches to serve as hubs for education, youth outreach, women’s empowerment, and emergency relief, transforming not only spiritual lives but entire communities.

Rwanda – Opening Doors and Planting Seeds of Revival

In the hills of Rwanda, many pastors are working to open churches and impact their communities. We’re partnering with faithful leaders to construct lasting sanctuaries where the community can worship, learn, and grow. Our goal is to reopen several churches that have been closed due to a lack of resources. We aim to continue supporting the church and their leaders to reach their communities through community-led initiatives.

The Gambia – A Beacon of Light

In The Gambia, where Christian communities are often small and under-resourced, Omega is helping to strengthen the local church's witness by building churches that also serve as training and outreach centers. We work hand in hand with pastors to build churches that will impact their communities.

South Sudan: Planting Peace, Preaching Hope

In South Sudan, Omega Global Development stands alongside courageous pastors and vulnerable communities in one of the world’s most challenging environments. Amid post-conflict instability, displacement, and poverty, we are partnering with local churches to offer hope and healing. Our work focuses on equipping church leaders, supporting trauma-informed ministry, and laying the foundations for future church construction where congregations currently worship under trees or in makeshift shelters. Through discipleship training, resource provision, and strategic partnerships, we aim to empower the South Sudanese church to be a beacon of peace, resilience, and restoration in a land that has endured so much.
