At Omega Global Development, we believe education is a cornerstone of lasting change. Our Global Empowerment Through Education initiative is designed to break the cycles of poverty, open doors to opportunities, and raise a new generation of leaders—from village classrooms to global impact. Whether in rural schools across Africa or community centers here at home, we work to ensure that every child and young adult has access to quality education, trained teachers, and the resources they need to succeed.
What We Do
Build & Support Schools
We construct, equip, and improve educational facilities in underserved regions. From classrooms and libraries to school furniture and supplies, we create learning environments that foster children's growth and development.
Provide Resources for Teachers & Equip Leaders
We partner with local educators and leaders, providing curriculum, mentorship, and support to strengthen teaching quality and classroom management.
Cover School Fees & Sponsorships
We provide school supplies, school uniforms, and learning materials for students who might otherwise be left behind, especially girls, orphans, and vulnerable children.
College and Tuition Scholarships
We provide limited scholarships on a need basis, but our goal is to support our students throughout their entire educational journey, ensuring them full tuition college assistance.
Where We Work
Rwanda
In Rwanda, the need for practical, skills-based education is urgent, particularly for young people in rural areas where employment opportunities are scarce. Omega Global Development is working to establish technical and vocational schools that equip students with practical skills in areas such as construction, agriculture, tailoring, and technology. These schools will serve as hubs of innovation and empowerment, helping young people build sustainable futures for themselves and their communities. We invite partners, donors, and educators to join us in this bold vision to train hands, transform minds, and empower a generation.
The Gambia
In remote Gambian villages, we collaborate with community leaders to support early childhood education and improve the learning environment through training, infrastructure development, and the provision of essential school supplies.
South Sudan
In South Sudan, many children still gather under trees or in makeshift shelters to learn—if they have access to education at all. Years of conflict have devastated the country’s infrastructure, leaving communities without safe, functional schools. Omega Global Development is committed to building permanent school structures that offer stability, safety, and a future filled with hope. These schools will be more than buildings—they will be places of healing, learning, and restoration, where young minds can grow in faith, knowledge, and purpose. We are actively seeking partners to help lay the literal and spiritual foundation for education in one of the world’s most underserved regions.
Uganda
In partnership with a trusted local organization, we support orphaned and vulnerable children by enhancing educational access, offering school sponsorships, and integrating agricultural learning to promote self-reliance and future sustainability.
United States
Through Omega Reach, we connect local youth and community leaders with global development efforts, fostering cultural exchange, leadership development, and awareness of educational inequities worldwide.
