Donald Johnson
Donald Johnson is Co-Founder and Director of Leadership Development, Coaching, and Mentoring at Omega Global Development. He designs and leads structured programs in leadership training, executive coaching, and mentoring that build institutional capacity, strengthen ethical governance, and advance sustainable community development across education and civic contexts.
Donald holds a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and is currently completing a Doctor of Ministry with a specialization in coaching and mentoring, a credential that deepens his applied expertise in human development and organizational effectiveness.
With over 45 years of experience engaging faith-based leaders and communities, Donald has worked across a wide range of organizational settings, including youth programs, men's leadership groups, and community Bible study cohorts. His background also spans camp counseling, multi-unit restaurant management, and hands-on residential rehabilitation work , a breadth of experience that reflects strong operational versatility, people management, and practical problem-solving skills.
He has directed leadership and institutional strengthening programs across multiple U.S. states and internationally, including in Germany, and his cross-cultural fluency spans over 40 countries, equipping him to design contextually responsive, globally informed programs.
His professional background also includes service in the United States Military as a medic and chaplain's assistant, building competencies in crisis response, discipline, and community care, and subsequent work as a phlebotomist within the Veterans Administration Hospital system, bringing healthcare experience and a service orientation to his leadership practice.
Donald's approach integrates structured coaching methodologies, cross-cultural engagement, and a diverse professional foundation to support principled leadership, organizational resilience, and long-term institutional development.
